Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Alderwoman Tierney was present and addressed the committee. 2. Legislation Ordinances O-4-22 Aggressive Panhandling - For the purpose of clarifying that aggressive panhandling is a misdemeanor offense; and generally relating to aggressive panhandling. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Gay, Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderwoman O'Neill Alderwoman Tierney was present and addressed the committee. Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend with amendments O-4-22. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
