Call To Order
Alderwoman Pindell-Charles called the Regular Meeting to order at 4:23pm.
Roll Call
Present: 2- Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Gay
Absent: 1- Alderwoman O'Neill
Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Gay moved to approve the agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Alderman Gay moved to approve PSC 12.5.22. Seconded. CARRIED on voice
vote.
Election of Chairman Pursuant to City Code Section 2.16.120
Alderman Gay moved to postpone Election of Chairman Pursuant to City
Code Section 2.16.120 until next meeting March 6th,2023 due to Alderwoman
O'Neill being absent. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Chief Simmons were present and answered questions from the committee.
Stop the Violence (Annapolis Police Department): Chief of Police Jackson,
Professional Standards Manager McCoy, Community Outreach Captain Miguez,
Captain / Operations Division Howard, Captain Klinedinst were present and
answered questions from the committee.
Peace Is Here (Annapolis Fire Department): Fire Chief Douglass and Deputy Chief
Spriggs were present and answered questions from the committee.
Love Our Neighbors (Annapolis Office of Emergency Management): Director
Simmons, Exercise, Training & Outreach Coordinator Reibert and Deputy Director
Mandell were present and answered questions from the committee.
Mayor's Office: African American Community Services Specialist Ajayi and NAM
Outreach Program Coordinator Hayes were present and answered questions from
the committee.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was
adjourned at 7:05pm.
