Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend with amendments the Board of Supervisor of Elections Proposed Amendments 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,10 and 12 as written (see attached) and the Rules and City Government proposed amendents 1-4 as follows: Amendment #1 Page 2, line 22, after shall insert: "PROVIDE BY" Page 2, line 22, after mail insert: "OTHER MEANS" Page 2, line 22, after mail strike: "DELIVER" Upon receipt of the application, the board shall PROVIDE BY mail OR DELIVER OTHER MEANS an absentee ballot to the voter entitled to the ballot.
