The Council ofAshville convened in Regular Session from 6:32 PM to 7:34 PM in the Council
Meeting Room
at 200 East Station Street, Ashville, Ohio 43103. Mayor Wise called the meeting to order with the Pledge of
Allegiance and a moment ofsilence.

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Randy Loveless moved, seconded by Brad Lutz, to approve the
November 25, 2019 minutes as presented. All votes were yea.
MAYOR'S REPORT: None
VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: Nelson Embrey moved, seconded by Roger Clark, to
approve the
Village Administrator's written report. All votes were yea.
RESOLUTION(S) FOR FIRST READING
2017-2019 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS BETWEEN
ACCOUNTS AND AMENDING ORDINANCE 2019-02. THE PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS

FOR THE VILLAGE 0F ASHVILLE. OHIO. AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brad Lutz
moved, seconded
by Randy Loveless, to have the First Reading. All votes were yea. After the reading, Nelson
Embrey moved,
seconded by David Rainey, to accept the First Reading, suspend the Rules ofCounciI,
waive the Second and
Third Readings and adopt as an
emergency measure. All votes were yea.

FISCAL OFFICER'S REPORT:
1. Brad Luts moved, seconded by Nelson Embrey, to
approve the Then & Now t0 National Water
Services, Inc. for WWTP pump service/repairs in the amount of$8152.00. All votes were yea.
2. Brad Lutz moved, seconded by Nelson Embrey, to approve the Then & Now to Toole & Associates for
plan reviews in the amount of$3137.50. All votes were yea.
COUNCIL COMMENTS:
1. David Rainey announced the 10-year anniversary of the Pickaway County Library —
Younkin Branch
in Ashville.
2. Roger Clark asked ifthe village has considered building a lean-to or a barn to protect the Street
Department's seasonal equipment from nature's elements. The Village Administrator said the
equipment is housed at the end 0fthe season.
PRESENTATION:
