○ Discussion: sustainable round table to share best practices, involve private sector
○ Encourage public: bring reusable coffee containers, to go containers to restaurants

● America Recycles Week - November 15th, 16th, 19th
○ Ink Jets, cellphones to CHARM (fees waived that whole week)

● MLK Day of Service, January 16th, 2023 - accepting site applications now

● KACCB partnered to help organize and host Rivers Alive, October 1. Thank you for a successful 2022 Rivers Alive!
○ 13 sites
○ 167 volunteers
○ 32 tires
○ 1.63 tons of trash
○ 397 pounds of recycling
○ 242 pounds of scrap metal
● Any interest in the ACC “Quality of Life Guide”? We did a half page previously in 2020

Guide”, it is produced annually for the Chamber of Commerce for business, job seekers, visitors, and inquiries to
moving and relocating to the area for free.
