Discussion with applicant for Taylor-Grady House Lease __________________________ Lee Epting, Tommy Valentine and Gwen O’Looney explained their vision and plans for the Taylor-Grady House if awarded the future lease. After a period of discussion, Commissioner Wright requested that the applicants provide the paperwork for parking arrangements and samples of Historic Athens rental agreements before the next Committee meeting. She stated that the Property Committee will meet during the week of November 14.
