7:00pm Meeting called to order Members present Jed Nolan, Roger Lokay, Tim Pike, Lynne White, Lisa Jennings, and C. Abe Lilly 7:03 Nolan moved and Lokay second to approve agenda with no additions or changes. Employee Reports: Mike Sizemore with quarterly report. Class II plant and renew license. Has a N.O.V. from DEP. See attached. Copper grabbing to make into system to address N.O.V. Letter will be sent by Mike Sizemore. Wellswood Pump Station also on report. Asking for approval of pump station. Will be placed on next agenda. Approval to do the panel which is 4500.00 by Mayor to get project on the way. Discussion about POs and timely posting to Elizabeth. Asked for a projection plan 2 ,5, and 10 years. 7:22pm Old Business: Arts & Beatification Committees members Jill Nolan Erin Connors Evone Harvey Srene Lokay Motion to approve the above 4 members. Moved by Lokay, second Nolan. Motion carried. Past member MacIntuff about being able to help with continuing music in the park. Paul Hodges raised a planter for the bank at BB&T with Lions and bank funds. Mayor is still working on committees. Region I letter was presented copies will be distributed. Web Site: Still working on the items. All the words file for the ordinances by Lynne White will work on these in the next weeks. Snow Removal Reminders and KNOX Boxes for the businesses.
