(3) Machen McChesney. Independent audit additional payment. $8,213.
(4) MSW Consultants. Solid Waste Rate Study. $40,100.
(5) OMJC Signal. Purchase four (4) portable traffic signals with wireless traffic
control and solar power. $150,000.
d. Easements.
(1) Clayton Properties Group, Inc. Accept public sanitary sewer easement.
Property located at the terminus of James Burt Parkway. Woodward Oaks
Phase 4‐B‐1.
(2) Dilworth Development, Inc. Accept rights‐of‐way, drainage and utility
easements and a public sanitary sewer easement. Property located south
of East Farmville Road, between Harvest Drive and U.S. Highway 280.
(3) Holland Homes, LLC. Accept public sanitary sewer easement. Property
located along the rear portion of Lots 54‐58. Owens Crossing.
e. Historic Preservation Commission. Three (3) positions. Terms begin immediately
and end April 20, 2026.
9. ORDINANCES.
a. Traffic control signs and devices. Establish three (3) stop signs, one (1) 25 MPH
sign and one (1) 35 MPH sign located in The Landings at Academy Drive, Phase 1.
