(1) 1009‐1011 East Glenn Avenue Rezoning. Located at the corner of Cherry
Street and East Glenn Avenue. Rezoning of approximately 0.52 acres from
Neighborhood Conservation District (NC‐6) to Corridor Redevelopment
District (CRD‐E).
(2) Cox and Corporate Rezoning. Located at the corner of Cox Road and
Corporate Parkway. Rezoning of approximately 3.1 acres from
Comprehensive Development District (CDD) to Interstate Commercial
District (ICD).
c. Traffic control signs and devices. Establish and set four (4) 25 MPH Speed Limit
signs that will change the speed limit from 30 MPH to 25 MPH on Tuscany Hills
Drive. Unanimous consent necessary.
10. RESOLUTIONS.

Services for the City of Auburn, Alabama for the Mall and Tacoma Drive
Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES) Project. $272,841.
(2) Industrial Development Board. Subrecipient Agreement. Construction of
the ACDI Business Center.
(3) Sutphen Corporation. Purchase one (1) Heavy Duty Pumper Truck for the
Fire Department. $873,731.64.
d. Establish one (1) traffic‐calming device (speed hump) on Tivoli Village Drive.
