Motion to approve the minutes of the Engineering Services Committee held on May 9, 2023. Motion to approve. Motion made by Garrett, Seconded by Smith-McKnight. Voting Yea: Mason, Smith-McKnight, Lewis, Garrett Motion carries 4-0. 2. Update on Tom Wiedmeier name to be added to Utilities Building per previous commission action and approval. (Requested by Commissioner Brandon Garrett) It was the consensus of the committee that this item be received as information with unanimous consent. 3. Discuss solutions to resolve/prevent drivers from hitting low bridges. (Requested by Commissioner Wayne Guilfoyle) Motion to approve implementing notifying the GPS services of the low railroad bridge on Olive Road to be a permanent notification on all GPS devices. Motion made by Garrett, Seconded by Smith-McKnight. Voting Yea: Mason, Smith-McKnight, Lewis, Garrett Motion carries 4-0.
