Welcome and Roll Call – Mayor Abercrombie welcomed all in attendance and called roll. Those in attendance were Council Members Al Kettle, Nile Mathisen, Ben Allred, Shaun Murray, Secretaries Kaelyn Meyers, and Anissa McDonald. b. Prayer – Al Kettle c. Pledge of Allegiance – Said by all in attendance. d. Conflicts of Interests -- All Council Members who have a conflict with any item on the agenda please state concern. o No conflicts were stated. 2) SM ENERGY CUP BUNKBED WELL – Ryan Lindsay Ryan Lindsay discussed the Bunkbed AST (above ground storage tank) including trucking and operational plans. Trucking perspective is 28,000 bbl. = 234 loads/40 trucks hauling 6 loads each. 3) 1 YEAR AND 2-5 YEAR CAPITAL PROJECT LIST – Mayor Bob Abercrombie updated the quote for the parking lot at $545,000. 4) MAINTENANCE BUILDING AUTOMATION QUOTE – Spectra Mayor Bob Abercrombie said that the quote from spectra came in at $32,000 for auto gate at maintenance building. 5) ENGINEERING UPDATE – No update from engineers. 6) UINTAH COUNTY SHERIFF / COMMISSION REPORTS – Willis LeFevre gave update from commissioner’s office. 7) BOARD MEETING UPDATES – Council Member Al Kettle gave update from Planning & Zoning meeting. 8) OFFICE / PROJECTS REPORT – No report from office. 9) REVIEW AND CORRECT MINUTES -- a. Council Meeting August 19, 2025 Motion made by Council Member Shaun Murray to approve minutes as written, 2nd by Council Member Nile Mathisen. All in favor. September 2, 2025 1  YEA NAY Council Members Al Kettle Nile Mathisen Ben Allred Shaun Murray Bob Abercrombie 10) FOLLOW-UP ON PAST MINUTES – No follow up. 11) MAYOR’S REPORT— Mayor Bob Abercrombie had no further reports. 12) COUNCIL REPORTS – Council Member Al Kettle – gave fire update. Council Member Nile Mathisen – No update. Council Member Ben Allred – No update. Council member Shaun Murray – No update. 13) FINANCES: Checks, Statements, Reports and Budget Checks and finances were gone over and approved. Motion made by Council Member Shaun Murray to approve finances, 2nd by Council Member Al Kettle. All in favor.
