VILLAGE OF BARNEVELD BOARD MEETING Thursday, November 7th, 2024 Barneveld-Brigham Municipal Building 403 E. County Hwy ID, Barneveld, WI 53507 DRAFT SUBJECT TO APPROVAL 1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President ProTem Rhonda Hazen. Public Notice has been given and agendas were available. 2. Motion by B Watson/S Leahy to approve the minutes of the October 7th, 2024 Special Meeting and Board Meeting. Motion carried. 5. No informal public comment 6. Rob Uphoff and Marcus Rue, MSA Professional Services • Motion by C Valcheff/M Peterson to approve Pay Request #3 from Harmony Construction Management Inc in the amount of $537,153.20 for Memorial Park Project. Motion carried. • Motion by S Leahy/D Hugill to approve Change Order #3 from Harmony Construction Management for electrical work for the Park sign at Memorial Park. Motion carried. • Motion by C Valcheff/B Watson to approve Change Order #2 and keep the final payment date at June 26, 2025. Motion carried. • Motion by B Watson/C Valcheff to approve Pay Request #2 from Sam’s Well Drilling Inc in the amount of $101,222.50 for Final Well #3. Motion carried. • Motion by S Leahy/D Hugill to approve Pay Request #3 from Sam’s Well Drilling Inc in the amount of $47,880.00 for Final Well #3. Motion by B Watson/C Valcheff to approve Resolution 24-13 Setting Fees for the Village. Motion carried. 15. Motion by M Peterson/S Leahy to approve the Agreement to provide Building Inspection Services from Total Inspection Services LLC. Motion carried. 16. Motion by S Leahy/C Valcheff to approve the 2025 Stray Animal Contract with the Iowa County Humane Society. Motion carried. 17. Motion by M Peterson/R Hazen to approve renewing the agreement with the Town of Brigham for salt/sand storage rental space. Motion carried. 18.
