Code Appeals Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland.
ii. Appointment of Ron Glenn and Mike Daigle to three-year terms on the Construction
and Fire Code Appeals Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland.
c. Approval of Request to Provide Water Service
i. Approve a request from Washington County Rural Water District #2 to add benefit
units to the District to serve a 4.42 acre tract at 24328 Philson Farm Road in
Washington County.
d. Approval of Contracts and Agreements
i. Approval of a contract for an employee benefit, The Zero Card, from the City of
Bartlesville’s health consultants, HUB International.
ii. Approval of Memorandum of Agreement between the Bartlesville Police Department
and the Office of the District Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial District, Kevin D.
Buchanan, District Attorney regarding forfeitures.
e. Receipt of Bids
i. 2018-2019-001 Water Treatment Chemicals
ii. 2018-2019-002 Water and Wastewater Line Repair Materials
8. Discuss and take action to award Bid No. 2017-2018-022 for the Sooner, Willow Creek,
and Fleetwood Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project. Presented by Vice Mayor Kane.
9. Discuss and take action to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the
City of Bartlesville and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 117 for Fiscal Years 2018-
2020. Presented by Jerry Maddux, City Attorney.
10. Discuss and take action to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Fiscal Year
2017-2018 between the City of Bartlesville and the Bartlesville Professional Fire Fighters,
Local 200, Bargaining Agent of the International Association of the Fire Fighters.

11. Discuss and take action to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Fiscal Years
