Consider and take action with respect to a resolution authorizing the Bartlesville Redevelopment Trust Authority to sell its not to exceed $55,000,000 Multifamily Revenue Bonds or Notes (the “Bonds”) by negotiated sale; and containing other provisions relating thereto.
