MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Jennifer Cappell, Judith Mudge, Gordy Vogt MEMBERS ABSENT: None STAFF PRESENT: Vicki Houser, Russell Claggett and Howard Holt CALL TO ORDER: President Cappell called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM and recognized that a quorum was present. NEW BUSINESS 1. Reappointment of Jennifer Cappell to the Civil Service Commission President Cappell noted the first order of business was for the City appointed Commissioner and the Union elected Commissioner to reappoint the neutral member of the Civil Service Commission. A motion was made by Comm. Judy Mudge, the City appointed representative to the Civil Service Commission, supported by Comm. Gordy Vogt, the IFF Union elected representative to the Civil Service Commission, to reappoint Jennifer Cappell to the Civil Service Commission as the neutral member, for a term of 6 years. All yes. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENTS President Cappell opened the floor for public comments. There were no public comments. COMMISSION COMMENTS There were none. ADJOURNMENT President Cappell adjourned the meeting at 4:02 PM. 1
