5. Approval of Minutes: Approved the minutes from September.

Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley
Property Owner, Thomas Losey, present. They have pulled a demo permit to
tear down the garage. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator,
gave his report. Mr. McKinley stated the garage was damaged by fire on
September 2011 leaving the garage structurally unsound. Mr. McKinley
recommended affirming it as a dangerous building and grant 30 days to bring
it into compliance. Carman Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building and
granted 30 days to bring it into compliance.

Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley
Property Owner, Sally Pointer, present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance
Administrator gave his report. He stated that the building was boarded and
has lacked water service since 1998. It also lacked property maintenance.
Ms. Pointer stated she has been maintaining the property and removed the
boards. She is planning on renting out the house once it has been brought
into the compliance. Mr. McKinley recommends affirming it as a dangerous
building and give them 60 days to bring into compliance. Ms. Pointer stated
60 days should be fine and she will schedule a safety inspection. Carman
Hamilton affirms it as a dangerous building and granted them 60 days to bring
it into compliance.

Property Owner, not present. Code Compliance Administrator, Mr. McKinley
gave his report and noted that the house lacks water service and it has been
open to casual entry. Mr. McKinley recommended it be affirmed as a
dangerous building and grant 30 days to bring it into compliance. Carman
Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted 30 days to bring it
into compliance.

Property Owner, Theodore Nieko representing his nephew, present. Dennis
McKinley gave his report and stated the property has no water service, vacant
for more than 180 days, and lacks property maintenance. Mr. McKinley
recommends the granting 60 days to bring the property into compliance. Mr.
Nieko stated the building is being used on occasion to repair tools and as a
hobby shop. Mr. Nieko stated he had done some repairs however there are
no permits on file. A safety inspection has been scheduled for October 11,
2012. Carman Hamilton affirms it as a dangerous building and granted 60
days to bring it into compliance.

McKinley gave his report. The house has been vacant and has no water
service. It has had a safety inspection and all four permits are needed to
bring it into compliance. Mr. McKinley recommended it be affirmed as a
dangerous building and grant 30 days to bring it into compliance. Carman
Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted 30 days to bring it
into compliance.

Property Owner, Janet Nay, present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance
Administrator gave his report. Mr. McKinley stated the property was severely
damaged by fire. Mr. McKinley stated the new owner is Martin Bechman. He
has pulled a permit. Mr. McKinley recommended it be affirmed as a
dangerous building. Carman Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building
and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance.
