New Business: a. 56 Colonial Pl Issue#EN12-06499 Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley Property owner, not present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator, reported the house has been vacant for more than 180 days, lacks water service and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Hamilton noted the owner was not present and affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance. b. 68 Fairview Ave Issue#EN13-00455 Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley Property owner, not present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator, reported the house has been vacant for more than 180 days, lacks water service and lacks property maintenance. Mr. McKinley noted the property has had an interior inspection and all permits will be required to repair the violations. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator, reported the house has been vacant for more than 180 days, lacks water service and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Hamilton noted the owner was not present and affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance. h. 730 E Michigan Ave IssueEN#12-08435 Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley Property owner, Rick Hunt, Vice President of Barker Manufacturing, present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator, reported the building lack property maintenance and is in need of repairs. The building inspector, Don Wilkinson has been through the building and noted the repairs needed. Mr. Hunt stated the owner would like to sell or donate the building. The business has relocated to Watkins Road. Mr. McKinley showed Mr. Hamilton show photographs of the exterior of the building. Mr. Hunt noted the alarm system does still work. Mr. Hamilton explained the dangerous building process. Mr. Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance i. 27 N Union Issue#EN13-00603 Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley Property owner, not present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator, reported the house has been vacant for more than 180 days and has been severely damaged by fire. The building inspector, Don Wilkinson has condemned the building.
