New Business: a. 225 W Michigan Ave Issue#EN14-00060 Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley Property owner, Kelley DeMoss, not present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator, reported the property was severely damaged by fire on December 30, 2013. The building inspector did a cost estimate of repair of $937,000 with an SEV of $61,170. Mr. McKinley has had limited contract with the property owner. Carman Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted two weeks to bring it into compliance. 5. Public Comments: none 6. Board and Staff Members Comments: none 7.
