Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator; Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton reviewed the minutes from the March 11, 2015 meeting. Approved 6. New Business: a. 54 Bennett (House) Issue#EN15-00565 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the house is in need of repair. The cost estimate of repairs is $61,100 and the SEV is $23,179. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. b. 156 Cherry St (House) Issue#EN15-00713 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the house is in need of repair. The cost estimate of repairs is $42,500 and the SEV is $19,420. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Affirmed. c. 12 First St (House) Issue#EN15-00564 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the house was severely damaged by fire. The cost estimate of repairs is $45,000 and the SEV is $10,503. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. 7. Public Comments: none 8. Board and Staff Members Comments: none 9.
