Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the September 9, 2015 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 135 S 22nd St (House) Issue#EN10-02796 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, Jeremy Johnson, present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house was vacant, has no utilities, and lacks maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a dangerous building. Mr. Johnson stated the house was purchased from Calhoun County Land Bank and is in bad shape. Mr. Johnson stated the roof needed repair and the furnace was stole. Mr. Johnson stated the house is a duplex and possibly beyond repair. Mr. Johnson inquired about demolition. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and grants thirty days to bring it into compliance.
