Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Marcie Gillette, Community Services Director; Christine Zuzga, Planning Supervisor; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: Remove 95 Post – Demolition in progress 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton made a motion to approve the minutes from the October 14, 2015 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 229 Cherry (House) Issue#EN10-00063 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house was damaged by fire and has been vacant over 180 days. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a dangerous building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. b. 424 Main (House) Issue#EN15-04269 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house was vacant, lacks utilities, and lacks maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a dangerous building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a dangerous building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. 7.
