Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Don Wilkinson, Building Official; Richard Bolek, Chief Building Official; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the April 11, 2018 meeting. 6. New Business: 1. 517 Lakeview (House) Issue#EN18-04429 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the house has been vacant, lacks utilities and lacks maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. 2. 122 North Ave (House) Issue#EN18-04440 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the house has been vacant, lacks utilities and lacks maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the house has been vacant, lacks utilities and lacks maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Wilkinson stated for the record that Mr. Rocha was at the meeting but had to leave. Mr. Wilkinson wanted it noted that Mr. Rocha stated he intended to fix the place up. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. 4. 304 Morgan Ave (House) Issue#EN18-04446 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the house has been vacant, lacks utilities and lacks maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. 5. 155 Fremont (House) Issue#EN18-04448 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the house has been vacant, lacks utilities and lacks maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. 7. 73 Fremont Issue#EN18-04544 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the house has been vacant and was damaged by fire. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. 7.
