Call to Order/Time Convened: 7PM
Attendance:
Members: Cynde Foster, Joel E. Fulton, Tim Conlogue, Robert J. Kist, Tim Marske,

Excused Members: Trudy Hall, Cari Briggs
City Staff: Jim Belmore (code), Kelly Dillman (BCPD), Officer Herbstreith
Guests: Karen May, Tim Cole, Kathy Domenico (Willard Library), David Henkel,
June Cortright
Addition or Deletions to the Agenda: none
Approval of the Minutes: Motion by Jerry Dill 2nd Joel E. Fulton to accept the August 9, 2018 minutes
carried.
City Staff Reports:
Police Department: Given orally by Officer Herbstreith.
Kelly Dillman-Be Safe/BCPD. She introduced to us our
Ambassador…Tim Cole; still looking for youth ambassador.
Next Be Safe Meeting September 27, 2018 at the BCPD
Community Room-food at 5:30PM; meeting 6-8PM. All
These meetings are on the 4th Thursday of the month.
Motion by Cynde Foster 2nd Jerry Dill to suspend by law of
Attending 3 meetings in a row and nominate Tim Cole, our
Ambassador, as a member of our NPC. Carried
Code Department: Reports handed out. End of Paint Season is 10/31/2018.

Schools: BCPS & Lakeview Districts: None
Membership (new additions/deletions): Motion to add Tim Cole above.
Beautiful Battle Creek Award (Residential & Business): R-14 Frisbie B-103 E. Columbia Ave

Old Business to be finalized: More work to be done on Byrne Grant.
