Call to Order/Time Convened: 7:01pm by V. Chair Tim Conlogue

Approval of the Minutes: Oct.11, 2018
Motion by Cynde Foster 2nd Jerry Dill to approve the Minutes of October
11, 2018. Carried
City Staff Reports:
Police Department: Officer Herbstreith handed out reports and talked of the next
Be Safe Meeting (Byrne Grant) on November 15, 2018 in the Community Room of
BCPD. Food at 5:30pm and meeting from 6-8pm.
Code Reports: Jim handed out reports and took any problems. Snowfall Removal
Of streets and sidewalks was discussed both of residential and businesses.
Committee Reports:
Commission Report: None in Attendance again. We miss that ours and at-large
Attending lately to give us information.
Schools: BCPS & Lakeview School Districts: None
