Minutes of April 10, 2012 Meeting
Call to Order: No meeting was held because only 3 members were present by 6:45 PM.
Members and Citizens Present: Harry Zimmerman, Linda (Morris) Zimmerman), Durwood
McCleary.
City Officials: None.
Minutes of previous (March) meeting will have to be approved at May 8, 2012 meeting.
Public Service Report and NPC Service Report: Chris Hilton emailed reports to Linda Morris
because of a previous commitment by Ms. Hilton with the City Commission. Both reports were
distributed to the 3 members present.
Old Business: None.
New Business: None.
Next Meeting: Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 6:30 PM at South Side Bible Church.
