CR-32 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with HUDSON
COUNTY MOTORS for the purchase of parts and supplies for various city vehicles

total contract amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
CR-33 Approving Chapter 159 #2 in the CY 2023 budget, seeking permission of the
Division of Local Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of

CR-34 Authorizing the request for RFP’s for New Jersey Department of Transportation
Constable Hook Infrastructure Study in accordance with the NJ DOT procurement

R-2 Awarding a contract to H & L SYSTEMS, INC. for the purchase and implementation
of a PILOT Abatement Software Program for a total contract amount not to exceed

R-6 Ratifying and affirming the actions of the Director of Public Works in authorizing
the Supervisor of Parks and Recreation to solicit three (3) proposals for additional

Summer Recreation Program (the “Program”); authorizing the continuation of bus
services from BelovED Community Charter School Inc. (“BelovED”) on an
emergency basis for the remainder of the Program (“Additional Bus Services”); and
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an amendment to Agreement No.
CY23-061 with BelovED increasing same in an amount not to exceed $27,000.00
for said Additional Bus Services, thereby making the total contract amount not to
exceed $70,999.00.
R-7 Authorizing and directing the Planning Board to prepare a redevelopment plan
with non-condemnation powers for the property located at Newark Bay-1st to 3rd
Street, 4-22 Avenue A, 247-251 West 1st Street and 218-222 West 2nd Street with

R-8 Authorizing and directing the Planning Board to prepare a redevelopment plan

R-10 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a SHARED SERVICES
AGREEMENT with the Town of Kearny for a Health Officer Services for the amount
