Pinky Vargas, Terry Bornemann, Michael Lilliquist and All meetings are held in the City Hall Council Chambers at
Hannah Stone 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, WA, unless otherwise noted.
Call to Order
Announcements & Upcoming Meetings
1. On November 5 at 7:00 PM in City Council Chambers, there will be a Public
Hearing on the City of Bellingham's 2019-2020 Biennial Budget.
2. On November 19 at 7:00 PM in City Council Chambers, there will be a Public
Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Bellingham Municipal Code (BMC)
to Remove the Existing Street Construction Requirements Associated with a
Land Division from the Subdivision Ordinance to Title 13 – Street and
Sidewalks BMC.
3. On November 19 at 7:00 PM in City Council Chambers, there will be a Public
Hearing on Consideration of a Petition by Property Owners to Annex
Approximately 75-Acres of Land into the City of Bellingham. The Annexation
Area is Located within the City's Northern Urban Growth Area, Adjacent to the
City Limits, and known as the Mt. Baker Highway / Britton Road Annexation.

22082 1. Work Session on the Proposed 2019-2020 City Budget
Michael Lilliquist / Terry Bornemann moved to ask administration to develop an
amendment to the Fire Department budget with a significant first big step
towards an additional BLS aid car and bring forth options for the best ways to
staff a BLS aid car.
MOTION CARRIED 4-2-1. Hannah Stone and April Barker opposed. Pinky Vargas
excused.
