Commission Chair Addie Candib called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM

Approval of the 9/10/2024 Transportation Commission Meeting Minutes –
Moved to approve by Tim Wilder, approved 6-0 with 2 abstentions
Neighborhood Traffic Safety Program –
City staff updated the Commissioners on the Neighborhood Traffic Safety Program (NTSP). City staff
answered Commission questions and collected Commissioner comments regarding the NTSP.
Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA) Studies and Service Changes –
WTA Staff presented on WTA studies and service changes. WTA staff answered Commission questions
regarding the WTA studies and service changes.
Eldridge Avenue and Holly Street Pilot Project Updates –
Joel Pfundt gave a brief update on the Eldridge Avenue and Holly Street pilot projects. City staff
answered Commissioner questions.
Chair Report
Member updates - Caroline Dietzgen has stepped down from the Transportation Commission, Addie,
Jacki and Tim will be re-appointed to serve a second term.
