Bellingham Plan-information and introduction p. 5 Sydney Prusak presented the Bellingham Plan. City staff answered Commission questions. . Catalyst Projects p. 27 Dylan Casper presented information on the catalyst projects identified in the Bicycle Master Plan and the Pedestrian Master Plan. City staff answered Commission questions. . Staff report p. 74 Mike Wilson presented the revised annual work plan for 2025 and provided a brief update on the Public Works Director hiring process. Chair Report Commission Chair Addie Candib reported Sarah Burch has stepped down from her position as a commissioner.
