City staff answered Commission questions. Staff Report Mike Wilson, city staff, reported on: • March 6, 2025, community meeting regarding James St and Bakerview Rd improvements. • Finnegan project construction is scheduled to begin March 2025. • Fairhaven quiet zone for the railroad is in place. • Public Works Director hiring update. Joel Pfundt, city staff, reported on: • Old Woburn Street project operations facility. Chair Report Addie Candib announces the resignation of Keith Moore. This is his last meeting.
