Roll Call Members Present – Tim Wilder, Vice Chair; Betty Sanchez, Jamin Agosti, Aaron Miller Member Virtually Present – Cindy Dennis Members Excused – Addie Candib, Chair, Jacki Quinn Staff Present – Mike Wilson, Karri Neuhauser, Elena Dixon, Sydney Prusak, Dylan Casper, Darby Galligan (virtual) Others Present – John Moullen of Talbot Group, Amalia Leighton-Cody of Toole Design (virtual) Public Comment 3 minutes per person, 15 minutes max Casey Schlanker- Traffic at the intersection of Texas and Ellis Streets is a concern for community members for speed and accidents especially since this is a residential area. Eric Scott (virtual) - Traffic at the intersection of Texas and Ellis Streets is a concern for community members in the area. Mr Scott suggested remedies including a 4-way stop, speed bump, a sign, or a cone to slow traffic. Agenda Items Public Meeting . Barkley Village Development p. 4 John Moullen of Talbot Group and Amalia Leighton Cody of Toole Design presented on the Barkley Village Development. John Moullen and Amalia Leighton Cody answered commissioner questions. City staff also answered commissioner questions.  . Bellingham Plan policy discussion p. 22 Sydney Prusak and Dylan Casper, city staff, presented on the Bellingham Plan. City staff answered commissioner questions and commissioners provided feedback on the draft plan policies. .
