(Exhibit 7) 12) Resolution: ___ Approve the appointment of James McClaren to the Zoning Board of Appeals as Alternate, replacing Michael Heitner. 13) Updates: ▪ The Bellport Bay Infrastructure Improvements Grant Award obligates HUD funding of up to $2.8M, at 75% of the total cost, whereby the Village would fund the remaining 25%, or $933,333, for a total potential project of $3,733,333.
