P-25-01 – Consider a final plat for Wheat Warehouse Addition comprising 3.692 acres, located on Wheat Road. 8. Receive the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Annual Report for 2024. 9. Consider designating a depository for City funds for the 3-year period from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028, with a provision for an extension of two additional 1-year terms and authorize the City Manager to execute all initial contracts and agreements related to this designation. Z-25-02 – Hold a public hearing and consider a zoning change from Retail to Retail with a Specific Use Permit for a Package Store on approximately 0.11 acres located at 2144 N. Main Street. 11. Z-25-03 – Hold a public and consider an appeal from AB King LLC regarding a zoning change from Commercial Highway to Commercial Highway with a Specific Use Permit for a Package Store on approximately 0.13 acres located at 824 S. Main Street. 12. Z-25-06 – Hold a public hearing and consider a zoning change from Agricultural to Commercial-2 on approximately 6.53 acres located at 6955 W. US Hwy 190 and 6749 Dogridge Road. 13. Z-25-07 – Hold a public hearing and consider a zoning change from Agricultural to Retail with a Specific Use Permit for an office showroom on approximately 3.37 acres located at 1918 Auction Barn Road. 14. Z-25-08 – Hold a public hearing and consider a zoning change from Agricultural to Commercial Highway on approximately 2.62 acres located at 10780 S. IH-35.
