Consider a resolution authorizing the award of a contract to RM Quality Construction for the construction of one house as part of the HOME Program Grant awarded by Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. 7. Consider an ordinance adopting Budget Amendment #1 to the City of Belton FY 2025 Annual Budget. 8. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Stateside Right of Way Services for the ROW acquisition of 32 parcels pertaining to the S. Connell Reconstruction Project. Regular Agenda 9. Receive an updated presentation and consider authorizing the Building/Life Safety Grant Program. 10. Hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending Chapter 10, Article III, Section 10-48 related to claim of impounded vehicle or other property. 11. Hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances by adding Chapter 14, Article V, Sections 14-70 through 14-80 establishing a Child Safety Zone within the city limits of Belton. 12. Hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending Chapter 23, Article I, of the Code of Ordinances, that establishes regulations for annexation when connecting to City utilities. 13. Receive a report on the Main Street Traffic Study and the River Fair Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA). 14. Consider an ordinance authorizing the issuance of City of Belton, Texas, Combination Tax and Limited Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2025. Executive Session 15.
