City of Belton, Texas City Council Meeting Agenda Tuesday, July 8, 2025 - 5:30 p.m. Wright Room at the Harris Community Center 401 N. Alexander, Belton, Texas Councilmember Craig Pearson will participate remotely via videoconference from Panama City Beach, Florida. Pledge of Allegiance. The Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag will be led by Councilmember Stephanie O’Banion. Texas Pledge. Receive a presentation on the FY 2026 Proposed Annual Budget for the City of Belton. 8. Call for a public hearing on the City of Belton Fiscal Year 2026 Proposed Annual Budget. Miscellaneous 9. Receive a report on the 2025 Compensation Study and consider its implementation. 10. Receive a presentation on the National Community Survey results. 11. Receive a presentation and consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with MHS Planning & Design for the development of the City of Belton’s Parks and Recreation Strategic Master Plan for 2026–2036. 12. Consider authorizing the BEDC Executive Director to execute a contract and related documents for the sale of 11.819 acres located on FM 93 to Lina Chtay and assignees.
