The Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag will be led by Mayor Pro Tem John R. Holmes, Sr. Texas Pledge. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a membership agreement with the Central Texas Water Alliance. 9. Consider a Building Safety Grant application to construct an elevator at the property located at 213 E. Central Avenue in the Downtown Belton Commercial Historic District. Planning and Zoning 10. Z-25-27 – Hold a public hearing and consider a zoning change from Agricultural (A) to Commercial District-2 (C-2) on approximately 4.005 acres located at 3275 W. US Hwy 190 Service Road. 11. Z-25-31 – Hold a public hearing and consider a zoning change from Neighborhood to Planned Development – Neighborhood (PD-Neighborhood) on approximately 0.46 acres located at 715 S. Pearl Street. 12. Z-25-33 – Hold a public hearing and consider a zoning change from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development-Agricultural (PD-A) on approximately 4.36 acres located at 1971 FM 1670. 13. Z-25-32 – Hold a public hearing and consider an appeal for a zoning change from Planned Development-Retail (PD-R) to Planned Development-30-Retail-Specific Use Permit Package Store (PD-30-R-SUP) on approximately 3.465 acres located at 223 Sparta Road. 14. Z-25-26 – Hold a public hearing and consider an appeal for a zoning change from Planned Development-Uptown to Amended Planned Development-Uptown on approximately 1.0566 acres located at 921 E. 6th Avenue. 15. Hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending Section 38.18 of the Zoning Ordinance related to High Profile Monument Sign Height on properties with I- 35 and I-14 frontage. 16.
