B. Bethel Park Senior Residential Development – Security Release No. 2 - Attachment Motion: I move that we approve a partial security bond release for the Bethel Park Senior Residential Development in the amount of $318,932.00 per the Interim Municipal Planner's memorandum dated February 5, 2021. Resolution R2-8-21B -Sidewalk Project – Lytle Station to Brightwood Road - Attachment Motion: I move we approve Resolution R2-8-21B to apply for the 2021 CITF Grant for the installation of a new sidewalk from Lytle Station to Brightwood Road per the Director of Engineering's memorandum dated February 4, 2021.
