Millennium Park Improvement Project - Attachments Motion: I move that we award the Base Bid and Alternates No. 1, 2 and 4 to Plavchak Construction in the amount of $710,682.50 for the General Contracting Work per the Director of Engineering's memorandum dated February 18, 2021. Motion: I move that we award the Plumbing Contract in the amount of $41,000 to Newman Plumbing per the Director of Engineering's memorandum dated February 18, 2021. Motion: I move that we award the Electrical Contract in the amount of $33,900 to Westmoreland Electrical for the Base Bid and Alternate per the Director of Engineering's memorandum dated February 18, 2021.
