FINANCE COMMITTEE
MEETING MINUTES
March 5th, 2025, 7:30 a.m.
Members present: Patty Gapen, Chairperson; Tammy Steward, Jamie Biegel
Also present: Samantha Daugherty;
Chairperson Patty Gapen called the meeting to order at 7:30am
The Committee reviewed all bills that were paid in February from both Utility Checking
and General Checking. Committee reviewed the non-lapsing and savings and checking
accounts for both utility checking and general checking accounts. The committee also
reviewed journal entries from Work Horse and time sheets. Motion Gapen, second
Biegel to recommend the Board’s approval of the bills, non-lapsing accounts and journal
entries for Wastewater and Water Utility departments and Village. Motion carried.
Next meeting date is April 7th, 2025, at 7:30 a.m.
