NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PERSONNEL COMMITTEE Mark Honkomp, Chairperson, Patty Gapen, Mike Guillemot The Personnel Committee will meet on Thursday October 3rd, 2024 at 4:00pm at Biron Municipal Center, 451 Kahoun Road, Wisconsin Rapids, WI Agenda 1. Call to Order 2. Discuss milage reimbursement – starting point 3. Discuss holiday dates for 2025 4. Discuss preliminary budget 5. Discuss consolidation of vacant treasurer position with clerk to form clerk/treasurer pursuant to § 66.0101, review emails from village attorney and League of Wisconsin Municipalities. 6. The Personal Committee may vote to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility to consider compensation for a non- elect staff position. Discussion and possible motion to reconvene in open session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) for possible additional discussion and/or action concerning matter discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished item remaining on the agenda. 7.
