Business Improvement District (BID) Board

A meeting of the Business Improvement District (BID) Board was held at City Hall on September 26, 2025 at 5:30 P.M. Board members Kylee Wussow, Duane Johnson, Mark Hanson, Andrea Hoffman, and Vincent Meyer were present. The City Administrator was also present, and Matt Gardner with Lamar Outdoor attended remotely via Zoom meetings. 1. The City Administrator called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm. 2. It was moved by D. Johnson, seconded by K. Wussow to lease Panel #1927 from Lamar Outdoor for 12 months at a rate of $2,000.00 per month and production cost of $1,512.00 and decide on a logo and design at a later date. Motion carried. 3. It was moved by D. Johnson, seconded by A. Hoffman to begin the 12-month lease of Panel #1927 on December 1, 2025. Motion carried. 4. It was moved by D. Johnson, seconded by A. Hoffman to set the next BID Board meeting for Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 5:30pm. Motion carried. 5. It was moved by K. Wussow, seconded by D. Johnson to adjourn. Motion carried at 6:25 pm. A.
