Business Improvement District (BID) Board

A meeting of the Business Improvement District (BID) Board was held at City Hall on October 9, 2025 at 5:30 P.M. Board members Duane Johnson, Mark Hanson, and Vincent Meyer were present. Board member Kylee Wussow and Matt Gardner with Lamar Outdoor attended remotely via Zoom meetings. The City Administrator was also present. Board member Andrea Hoffman was excused. 1. The City Administrator called the meeting to order at 5:34 pm. 2. The Board reviewed and discussed two creative options received from Lamar Outdoor, one option from V. Meyer, and one option from D. Johnson. There was consensus to move forward working with the elements presented in the two options from Lamar Outdoor. The Board will seek more options for downtown photos to include on the board and Lamar Outdoor will work on revised creative to present at the next meeting. 3. The next meeting was set for Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 5:30pm. 4. It was moved by D. Johnson, seconded by M. Hanson to adjourn. Motion carried at 6:12 pm. A.
