A meeting of the Business Improvement District (BID) Board was held at City Hall on October 23, 2025 at 5:30
P.M. Board members Duane Johnson, Mark Hanson, Andrea Hoffman, and Vincent Meyer were present. Board
member Kylee Wussow was excused. Matt Gardner with Lamar Outdoor attended remotely via Zoom meetings.
The City Administrator was also present.
1. The City Administrator called the meeting to order at 5:32 pm.
2. It was moved by D. Johnson, seconded by M. Hanson to approve Lamar Outdoor’s billboard creative ID#
421753001c with changes to include removing the green bush and adding “I-94” to the directional. Motion
carried.
3. It was moved by A. Hoffman, seconded by D. Johnson to adjourn. Motion carried at 5:49 pm.
