Clerk Sheryl Morgan entered one exhibit into the record for the
public hearing.
STAFF REPORT Community Development Director Scott Allen stated the request
allows the expansion of the Gaming Partners International facility on
NW 7 Highway to the south. Due to the topography of the land, the
vacation of the easements is necessary to remove the existing

neighboring property owner who opposed the vacation; however the
Planning Commission has unanimously recommended approval.
APPLICANT Paul Quinlan of Gaming Partners International and Dana Bowles of
Kaw Valley Engineering stated Mr. Allen stated the need for the
vacation adequately and they were available for any questions.
