PUBLIC NOTICE Variance VAR-12-14-4704 “Verizon Wireless” KCYC Mid Blue Springs 1600 NW Circle Drive Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Blue Springs on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Annex at 1304 W Main Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Selective Site Consultants (SSC) for Verizon Wireless, to approve a Variance request related to the installation of a telecommunications tower. The applicant is requesting a Variance from the Unified Development Code, Section 403.170.G.2 to reduce the minimum setback required, and Section 403.170.G.4 to reduce the minimum separation from existing telecommunications towers required, and to Section 403.170.G.5 to reduce the separation from residentially zoned property.
