Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Shawn Woods, owner, to approve a Variance request to Section 405.020, Residential Building Type Standards, Detached House — Large Lot, to reduce the required rear yard setback from 30-feet to 16-feet.
