Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street, Blue Springs, MO. The purpose of this meeting is to hear interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, Tyler Sallee, on behalf of the property owner, Sallee Homes Inc., to approve an amendment to the Adams Pointe Village Planned Residential Overlay (PR-O) Concept Plan on property generally located at 2610 East R.D. Mize Road and 403 & 701 NE Greenview Drive. The applicant is requesting to reduce the approved open space in the Adams Pointe Village subdivision in an effort to enlarge the lot sizes of several residential properties.
