Roll Call 2. Discussion items: a. Steel Magnolias opens on April 16, 2021: o Load in on the 10th. Meet at the City at 3;30 pm with trucks/ trailers/drills. o Lighting o Sound o Program s o Concessions o House Manager o Ushers for COVID spacing, etc. o Gloves fo r our crew o Tickets b. Star Spangles Girl/ 39 Steps o Lighting o Sound o Programs o Concessions o House manager o Ushers for COVID spacing, etc. o Gloves for our crew c.
