This will help with providing more knowledge and skills to coalition members and allow them to feel appreciated. ○ If we move things around (co-facilitator $1000/month for 8 months) allows us to have $16,400 in sustainability and development. ● Any other Incentive ideas or discussion? Kudos baskets of prizes (raffle items) to pick from. Done by nomination $100 per meeting budget? Camille Hawkins motions to continue to have incentives at meetings (up to $100/month)from recruitment budget and to separate incentives in a line item. MH motions, CH seconds Vote outcome: Yay: MH, KH, CH, LB, JS Nay: 0 Absent: FD HBC Business Cont: Camille’s Program Proposal Beat the Winter Blues Event Budget CH proposes $3000 from programs supplies and cost budget for things such as therapy dogs Brighton reminds 15,000 is in budget for 3 programs we have on the calendar. JS proposes using money to rent a space and proposes a larger budget as it is our first large event ● Will discuss with the planning committee that this estimate is reasonable and then come back with a more detailed proposal for the board to vote. ● Wellness Farm has been approached by Miss Bluffdale and Youth Services to do programming and would like to keep that in mind to for partnership. ● Melissa— April Jones—community engagement chairperson for Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board also wants to partner HBC Business Cont: Review and Approval of 11/12/2024 minutes ● Noticed that heading needs to be changed to November KH makes motion to approve November meeting minutes with the correction of changing the meeting title month.
