HEALTHY BLUFFDALE COALITION MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, January 28, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale City Healthy Bluffdale Board will hold a coordination meeting Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at the Bluffdale City Fire Station #92 Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible. Core Workgroup Report - Brighton Wilson - 2 min i. List of key stakeholders is in the shared drive. b. Beat the Winter Blues Report Feb 10th - Camille or Jona - 5 min  i. Brighton reported on current plan and asked for volunteers from the Board. Needs are putting out signage, clean up, and community members to play games and interact at the event. c. Screenagers Feb 20th - Brighton Wilson - 3 min i. Julia Glade created marketing material and an event brite for the free ticket source. Invited local schools to send marketing material and invite families to attend. d. Bluffdale Elementary Meeting - Michelle Cameron - 5 min i. Met with Stacey Moore who is excited to work with the coalition. Michelle Cameron offered to be our liaison with the school. We want to contribute the race arch for their outdoor run in May. e. Upcoming Travel/Conferences i. Well Connected - Feb 5th - Melissa Henderson - 1 min 1. Cost is $35. Michelle Cameron, Heidi Wallis, Liz Barney, and Melissa Henderson will be attending. ii. UPCA Bryce Summit - Melissa Henderson - 1 min 1. The coalition has funding to send several members. iii. CTC Training of Facilitators, March 25, 26, 27, Cedar City - Melissa Henderson - 3 min 1. Training is no cost but the coalition would pay for travel costs. A newly hired Co - Facilitator would need to attend training. Brighton Wilson will register a spot for the incoming Co- Facilitator in preparation. f. Board Member Application Update - Brighton Wilson - 0 min- no information g. Co- Facilitator Update - Melissa & Brighton - 5 min i. Mayor Hall, Brighton Wilson, and Melissa Henderson are reviewing applicants and starting the interviewing process. The goal is have a Co- Facilitator hired by the end of February 2025 h.
